Terms of Service

The following points establish the terms based on which MGT, My Geeky Tutor operates.

We will put all of our capabilities in order to return the requests within the specified turn-around period, or within a reasonable time afterward. In the event that we are late with a request, or in the unlikely situation that we are not going to be able to deliver, we will inform the client about the situation to find a commonly agreed action to take. In that case, the client is entitled for a refund, or the client may decide to extend the turn-around time.

The users take all responsibility for the use they make of the material obtained from MGT, My Geeky Tutor. We are not liable for any inappropriate actions undertaken by the users with the solutions we provide, and by using our services the users agree to this statement.

The 100% money back guarantee is applicable only the case of inability from our end to giving a mathematically sound solution to the problems submitted. Style disagreement is not included among the qualifying reasons for a refund or re-work. Also, the 100% money back guarantee refers to specific pieces of work, which means that if a refund applies, it is for parts of the work for which a correct answer was not provided, which means that the refund, if its applies, is proportional to the amount of work for which the solution provided was not correct, if any.

The 100% money back guarantee has to do with mathematical correctness of the solutions only. It is absolutely NOT based on grades. Only on mathematical correctness. If the buyer has dispute about the mathematical consistency of the work, he/she agrees to send the solutions back to MygeekyTutor.com for a review. If the buyer is still disputing the mathematical accuracy of the solutions, the buyer agrees to settle for a commonly agreed upon impartial expert. Both the buyer and MygeekyTutor.com must approve this expert. Also, any corrections must be requested within one week of the delivery time. After that period no changes will be made.

The buyer agrees to make possible the reception of the work sent by e-mail by MGT. This means that the user agrees to make arrangements so the e-mails we sent don't get filtered by any spam or other type of filters. If the work is sent on time by e-mail, and the buyer didn't get it because it got filtered by any kind of filter that is under the control of the buyer, the buyer agrees to take responsibility and will not make claims of late delivery.

Unless explicitly specified, all delivery times are assumed to be PST (Pacific Standard Time)

MGT cannot be responsible for changes in the conditions of the work that are proposed after the payment is done. In other words, the conditions and scope of the work to be rendered must be specified before finalizing the payment for work. MGT will do its best effort to accomodate changes after the agreement for work is sealed (with the receipt of payment) but MGT cannot be held responsible for changes intended by the buyer after the work has started. Also, the buyer has 7 days after the time of reception of the work to make any claims about the work. After that the period of time, it falls solely on MGT's discretion to accept or deny any claims.

All the material rendered by us as service to customer is property of My Geeky Tutor (MGT), and it is MGT's intellectual property, and it cannot be reproduced by any physical means or any other means, without our consent. The breach of our intellectual property could result in prosecution according to the international copyright laws.

The buyer agrees to not to make claims or disputes when the buyer has breached the terms of service, as they are assumed to be a binding contract between MGT and the buyer.
